Claims

We have a hands-on approach to claims and will help you every step of the way. A friendly and efficient team means that there is continual follow-up, and clients are kept abreast of all developments. As an independent broker we represent you and not the insurance company – this can make a big difference when it comes to the favourable settlement of a claim.

Obviously with most medical insurance claims your first call will need to be the insurance company itself, who will have 24/7 support. Most insurers prefer that you call as soon as you can. The hospital will often do this on your behalf, but it is always good to call yourself if possible. If there are any issues with the claim, then we are always there to intervene on your behalf with the insurance company and the hospital.
